Tech Mahindra Webinar | China's Data Security and Privacy Law
On October 21 2021, Tech Mahindra, King and Wood Mallesons and Gao Feng Advisory Company jointly held a webinar on the implications of China’s new regulations on data security and privacy on businesses.
Two new policies, Data Security Law and Personal Information Protection Law, were recently enacted. Companies which are operating in China, especially those who are data-rich, need to understand implications of these laws on their businesses, and develop actions for their strategic response and compliance accordingly.
